tell me about it! I hate it too but we need referencing in most of the papers we write.
There are a couple of tools that can help simplify the citation process greatly and makes me dread the biblio page of my reports a little less:
1) you could try using an internet tool,
http://citationmachine.net/
they let you pick the format (e.g. APA,Chicago, MLA) and for most types of formats (e.g. print/ non-print)
2)New version of MS Word has a citation tool, very useful :) but i don't have the new version of Word on my lappy, so I just use the internet tool :))))
Hope that they can be of help. They even format the intext citations for you!

Thanks for the tips babe. Yea, I'm really considering the new MS Word! They are so good and handy. My lecturer has it and it's pissing me off., LOL.. no idea why.
